Privacy Policy

Your data is yours, not ours. This page explains what tryechoos.com collects, why, who else gets it, and what you can do about it. We never sell your personal information.

Who runs this site

tryechoos.com is the website for EchoOS, built by Creator Labs. Creator Labs is a brand of V Media Ventures LLC, based in Austin, Texas, USA. When this page says "we" or "us", it means V Media Ventures LLC. Questions about this page go to me, Joshua, at joshua@valentinmarketing.com.

What we collect and why

Your name and email

The waitlist form asks where to reach you. It collects:

  • your name and email

Your name and email are not stored on a server of ours; this site doesn't have one. They leave your browser only to go to Whop, as described below.

The EchoOS waitlist on Whop

Whop (whop.com) runs the EchoOS waitlist. Two things go to Whop:

  • The Whop checkout. After you submit the form, a Whop checkout opens on the page with your email filled in. Whop also receives any campaign tags (UTM tags) in the link you arrived from.
  • The Whop Pixel. On tryechoos.com, a small Whop script records page views. When you submit the waitlist form, it sends a "lead" event with your name and email. We use this to see which ads and links bring signups.

Joining the waitlist happens on Whop's checkout, so Whop's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to that step. If you already have a Whop account, Whop may email you a sign-in code. If EchoOS is ever sold, the purchase happens through Whop as the merchant of record.

Cookies

On tryechoos.com, the Whop Pixel sets a first-party visitor cookie, _wuid, so a signup can be matched to the ad or link that brought you. A cookie is a small piece of text your browser stores. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Hosting and page files

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, for security and reliability. Your browser also loads page files from a few other services: styles from cdn.tailwindcss.com, icons from unpkg.com, and fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Like any website, those services can see your IP address and browser details when your browser asks them for a file. Their own policies apply: Cloudflare, Google.

Links to other sites

Links to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Substack are plain links. Nothing from those sites loads on this page unless you click through, and then their policies apply.

How we use your information

  • to email you about EchoOS early access, my Social Money Models newsletter and future offers
  • to measure which pages, ads and links bring signups

We don't ask for your phone number or send text messages.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services named on this page that run the site and the waitlist, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
  • To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email joshua@valentinmarketing.com. Where we can, we'll also ask Whop to delete what it holds.
  • You can block cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup details for my Social Money Models newsletter and future offers until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we'll delete them.

Changes and questions

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions, comments or concerns about your data? Email joshua@valentinmarketing.com.
