Thanks for stopping by. These terms cover tryechoos.com and the EchoOS waitlist. They're short, and we've tried to keep them plain.

When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean V Media Ventures LLC, based in Austin, Texas, USA. Creator Labs is our brand and EchoOS is our product. When we say "you", we mean anyone who uses this site.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If we don't enforce part of them at some point, that doesn't mean we give up the right to. These terms include a limitation of our liability.

Using this site

• Use the site for lawful purposes only.
• Only enter your own details in the quiz, and keep them accurate.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around how the site works.

The waitlist

• Joining the EchoOS waitlist is free.
• Being on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to EchoOS, or any timing, features or price.
• We can change, pause or close the waitlist at any time.
• You join on Whop's checkout, so Whop's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to that step.

Buying EchoOS

EchoOS is not sold on this site. If you buy it in the future, you'll buy it on Whop, which acts as the merchant of record. That purchase is covered by Whop's terms and by the terms shown to you at the time of purchase.

Our content

The EchoOS name, the text, design, images and code on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Other people's content

Names, logos and videos from other companies and people belong to their owners. The site shows a sample YouTube video by Alex Hormozi as an example of the kind of video EchoOS works with. We're not affiliated with Alex Hormozi, and showing his video or any other mark doesn't mean they endorse EchoOS.

Links to other sites, such as Whop, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Substack, are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

No warranties

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but we can't promise it will be error free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the waitlist, from anything a third party does, or from any other matter relating to these terms or this site.

In other words: the site and the waitlist are free, and we're giving them to you as they are.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with them. If you keep using the site after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
